Specialty accepted: FNP, ANP, GNP, PA Start date or shifts: ASAP - ongoing. Minimum 3 consecutive days per week or 2 full weeks per month Daily schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM (5-8 assessments per day) Practice setting: Home Health Types of procedures: In-home health and wellness assessments, H&P evaluations, medication reviews, physical exams, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, urine sample collection, and distribution of fecal kits for mailing Number of patients: 5-8 assessments per day Ages: Geriatrics Requirements: Minimum 3 consecutive days per week or 2 full weeks per month, must be willing to travel 75 miles, experience with home health assessments preferred Additional information: Provider must commit to submitted availability, no interviews will be conducted, confirmed based on availability provided Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
