Job Title: Oncology Registered Nurse Profession: Registered

Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ONS Chemo/Bio Certification
Must-Have: Chemo certification required IV start experience in
inpatient oncology Minimum 2 manager or charge references within
the past 2 years Description: Oncology Registered Nurse needed for
a 13-week contract. The position requires a Chemo certification.
Shift will be weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00. Candidate must have at
least 1 year of experience in oncology. Strong skills in IV start
and managing intravenous treatments are required. References from
previous managers or charge nurses must be provided. Knowledge of
administering chemotherapy is necessary. Candidates should possess
skills in managing ports and various oncology-related conditions.
Ability to educate patients and families is essential. All required
certifications must be included with the application. Candidates
must be able to demonstrate competency in handling rare and serious
oncology-related health issues. Compliance with health and safety
regulations in the management of cytotoxic spills is required.
Applicants must live beyond 100 miles from the facility for
consideration. Overall, positive patient interactions and
comprehensive care are expected in this role.
