Practice Overview details: • Outpatient-only setting with
multiple clinic options • Flexible scheduling & location
preferences available - opportunity to incorporate urgent care
shifts if desired or 4-day work week • Average daily volume: ~22
patients • Epic EMR system • Strong clinical support: APPs,
CMAs/LPNs, and dedicated nursing staff • Optional in-office

to system specialists • Minimal call responsibilities of up to 1:18
