available in AR. Responsibilities Works under the supervision of
the Registered Dietitian in providing nutrition care for
patients/residents in accordance with current federal, state, and
local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the
facility. Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering resident
meals according to individual dietary needs and physician orders.
Collaborate with the dietary team to assess and implement
residents' nutritional plans. Follow food safety, sanitation, and
therapeutic diet guidelines. Maintain accurate records of
residents' dietary requirements and adjustments. Interact
positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent
customer service and support. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment,
utensils, and dining areas. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Associate’s degree in nutrition/dietetics or
Certified Dietary Manager required. 1-3 years of dietary experience
in long-term care in a consultant or supervisory role required. In
the process of obtaining Registration by the Commission on Dietetic
Registration preferred. General knowledge of nutrition, food
safety, and sanitation requirements. Ability to follow meal
schedules and read food tray cards accurately. Strong communication
skills and ability to maintain records. Ability to interact
positively with residents and staff. Must be able to lift/carry 10
lbs., push/pull 10 lbs., and work around food and cleaning
products. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is
