Job Description Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Hospitalist • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Spencer, WV • Service Setting: Inpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: Mar 1, 2024 - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical only • Shift Schedule: 7 on/7 off; 7a-7p - If unable to provide 7 days, at least of 4-5 shifts at a time for continuity purposes. • Patient Volume: 8 Acute/4-6 Swing • Case Mix: Cardiology, General Surgery, PRN Pulm, Nephrology. • Required Procedures: Intubation, Central lines for emergencies. • No. of Beds: 22 • EMR: Meditech • Other Info: Facility has no ICU however prefer providers w/ a minimum skill set to intubate and central line placement for emergencies. • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active WV License • BC/BE (IM/FM; If BE, must be 0-5 yrs post residency) • Procedural Logs within the past 12 mos for Central Lines, Intubations & Vents • COVID vaccination proof • BLS/ACLS/NRP • Clean record
