This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering holistic, high-quality oncology care in hospital or outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities: • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer-related treatments following established protocols • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide supportive care throughout treatment cycles • Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effect management, and disease progression • Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (e.g., EPIC, Cerner) • Provide emotional support and advocate for patients coping with complex diagnoses Qualifications: • Active RN license (compact or state-specific) • Minimum 1–2 years of oncology nursing experience required • BLS certification required; ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification strongly preferred • Familiarity with chemotherapy protocols, central lines, and infusion pumps • Excellent communication, assessment, and patient advocacy skills At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
