qualified Oncology RN in Charleston, West Virginia, 25304! Pay
Information $1,875 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical
Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours
(19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: WV or
Compact RN License required (pending license acceptable)
Certifications: BLS required; ONC preferred Must-Have: Telemetry
experience Central Line Draws Ports Blood Administration PCA Pumps
Bone Marrow Aspiration Assistance Pleurx Chest Tubes Chemotherapy
Administration (preferred) Description: This position is for the
Medical Surgical/Oncology RN on night shifts, working 3x12 or 4x12.
Every other weekend is required. The unit serves a 29-bed capacity.
The patient population includes adults with medical and surgical
conditions related to cancer, palliative care, and family education
on oncological processes. Urology and telemetry patients are also
included in the unit. Nurse to patient ratios are approximately
4-5:1 during the day and 5-6:1 at night. Candidates should
demonstrate strong skills in telemetry and other required
competencies. Clinicians may be floated within their scope to meet
facility needs. Blocked schedule requests may be accommodated. All
personnel must receive the flu vaccine unless an allergy is
documented. COVID-19 vaccination is not required. References from
at least two managers or charge nurses within the past two years
are required for consideration. Please ensure all required
