COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Outpatient Psychiatry Salary : MGMA Base - ability to make $300 yearly Optional call: Phone call only coverage pays $1,500 NP supervision optional: $1,500 for NP supervision. Supervise up to 4 Benefit coverage paid: Day 1 PTO : 27 days CME : 5 days $3,000 Great loan repayment program offered Retirement : 401K and 457B - match 50% up to 7% FREE life insurance up to 200K, vision, dental, flexible spending acct, long-term disability RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic hours : 8a-5p Outpatient - Psych evaluations - allotted 60 minutes , client transfers - allotted 30 minutes , Medical Management - allotted 20 minutes Our services include : Community Outreach/Wrap around care program/Addiction recovery/Crisis/Intellectual Disabilities/Primary Health Care.
