Shift Unit Details: Telemetry Position Overview: We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced Telemetry Nurse to join our team. As a
Telemetry Nurse, you will monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac
rhythms using advanced telemetry equipment. You will play a crucial
role in the early detection of cardiac events and ensure timely
intervention to enhance patient care. Provide continuous cardiac
monitoring and respond to any changes in patients' conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement
patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health
management and preventive care. Adhere to all regulatory and
compliance standards. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2
years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or critical
care. Proficiency in using telemetry equipment and electronic
health records. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to
