Job Description:

Seeking a qualified RN/LPN in Woonsocket for Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm shift. Preferred experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent care. Responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans, assessing patients, and ensuring quality home care. Supervise staff, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with regulations. Develop community relationships, educate clients and providers, and participate in outreach. Maintain licensure, adhere to safety standards, and handle administrative duties. Requires current RN license, BSN or ADN, minimum 3 years of nursing and 1 year supervisory experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills needed.
