Job Description:

Coordinates clinical activities of the Wound Care Center which include but aren't limited to utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care through use of hospital and nursing standards.Performs assessment and plans patient care. -Evaluates the patient assessment, planning and intervention process. -Demonstrates professional and personal development. -Delivers direct patient care appropriate to the age of patient served.Reports to: Program DirectorFLSA: Non-exemptGrade: N11Minimum EducationGraduate of a Program in Discipline - RequiredBachelor's Degree preferred. -Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
