Internal Medicine opportunities in Charleston, WV - Service Area: 300,000 Health system, located in Charleston WV, is seeking Primary Care Physicians to practice in an outpatient clinic location that is part of a multi-specialty physician group made up of over 75 providers. Details: - Full-time, permanent openings- Employed positions- H1B and J1 welcome to apply- The ideal candidate would be open to see patients of all ages (newborn through geriatric); however, this is not a requirement- Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible- Outpatient clinic setting- Multiple opportunities- Monday through Friday schedule- Expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day- Call schedule: 1:4 or 1:5 - Greenway EHR, but changing to Meditech Ambulatory in Fall 2020 Compensation Package: - Base salary, guaranteed for 2 years (3 years for J1 candidate)- Production incentives - wRVUs with a set target- Signing bonus- Retention bonus used for student loan repayment ($20k/yr)- Relocation allowance ($10,000)- Malpractice insurance- Health insurance- Dental insurance- Vision insurance- Life insurance- Disability insurance- 401k Match- CME Allowance ($5,000/yr) - Includes license/dues/subscriptions- Physicians take time off at their discretion; excellent work-life balance About Health System: - Health system is a multi-specialty physician group of a 2000 employees that serves the more than 300,000 residents of the Charleston, West Virginia metropolitan area.
