Job Description:
Join a caring team dedicated to compassionate home-based nursing
care in the Dayton area.
Provide skilled nursing services as an LPN, following physician
orders and monitoring patient health.
Educate families, ensure proper documentation, and adhere to agency
policies and regulations.
Work independently with flexible scheduling, competitive pay,

Requirements include a valid LPN license, minimum one year of acute
care experience, and a valid driver--------s license.
Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage physical
demands.
