Within a high volume environment, you'll need to model and act as
an Ambassador for the company while solving complex health care
inquires. The Service Account Manager Associate acts as a customer
advocate to resolve escalated and complex issues.This position is
full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our
normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary,
given the business need, to work occasional overtime or
weekends.*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to
UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from providers, employees, clients and
broker
- Install Docs and Intent Calls
- Work directly with group contacts, sales and account managers,
and brokers on claim payment and plan issues
- Answer escalated / Supervisor calls if supervisor or lead is
not available
- Assist customer service representatives in responding to and
resolving customer questions and concerns
- Liaison between Legal and the claims contacts
- Create and update HPDBs
- Identify the need for and provide specific and remedial
training to processors or Customer Service Representatives
- Large claim file reviews
- Monitor large dollar claims for stop loss
- Site visits to Clients to share results and resolve question,
concerns and plan restatements for upcoming year changes
- Respond to SBA and External Vendor auditsYou'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving
customer problems
- Experience using Microsoft Office products including Microsoft
Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft
Excel (data entry, sort, filter, and work within tables), and
Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
- CPS experience (UMR Claims Processing System)
- Ability to work full-time, between 8:00am - 5:00pm including
the flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends given the
business needPreferred Qualifications:
- Previous account management experience
- Service Center / Call Center environment

- Reside within the state of West Virginia
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is
separated from other living areas and provides information
privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if
applicable)
