Job Description:Senior Program Manager is responsible for supporting the processes that govern the creation and delivery of cross-functional programs and products using modern portfolio management methods including Scaled Agile (SAFe.)In this role you will implement best practices and processes for managing a portfolio of projects and initiatives. You will actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we are aligned, transparent, and that our processes promote business agility, flexibility, and enduring quality in our products and services. Support the implementation of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and empower our caregivers through enablement, training, and coaching based on design thinking and the principles of change management.This position uses a blend of communication, portfolio and program management along with deep management experience combined to ensure value delivery through our programs. The position requires both strategic thinking on a bigger-picture level as well as rigor around managing details with adherence to pre-defined goals and performance metrics.This role must work effectively in a team environment and with an ability to educate analytic professionals on internal practices which emphasize an advantage of increased analytic outcomes. Beyond successful interaction with teams, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for various elements of project lifecycle and with enterprise portfolio management practices. They must be able to perform effectively on their own with moderate supervision.The responsibilities include management of complex analytic programs used by analytic professionals and will use continuous improvement process to increase the effectiveness of these caregivers. This position acts as subject matter expert and will mentor and engage other analytic professionals to participate in the analytic programs.Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in project management, business, human-centered design, data science/ analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or social science with heavy quantitative analysis, or related field strongly desired. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
  • Five years of professional experience in a project and portfolio management role.
  • Experience in managing large projects.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and and in working with stakeholders to ensure the portfolio roadmap is aligned to the enterprise strategy and facilitate the utilization of objectives and key measurements.
  • Experience in a role requiring strong analytical, communication, technical, and multi-disciplinary leadership skills including engaging with, presenting recommendations to.
  • Exposure to the use of information technology and application of analytics for business and clinical analysis, operations analysis, and business process modeling.
  • the planning process and helps translate those plans into operational plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and other project planning deliverables.
  • Experience with supporting the implementation of agile development methodologies for the management of programs and portfolios.
  • Understand key stakeholder business objectives and develop and implement analytic learning plans on a regular basis.
  • Certification in one or more of the following: PMP, PfMP, SAFe, SCRUM, and Agile Certified Practitioner.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in leading change
    • Understanding of data science trends and future state technologies and their applicability to business process analytics.
    • Experience in a healthcare environment. Understanding of HIPAA and other applicable statutes or regulations concerning patient privacy and appropriate use and sharing of healthcare data.Physical Requirements:Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information.
