Achieve your career-best with a newly formed internal venture where you will be working in a dynamic start-up environment.As a Technical Software Project Manager, you will use your technical expertise to lead complex projects from start to finish. As a Technical SW Project Manager, you will be responsible for:+ Support the SW team in working in a very dynamic environment towards successful project deliveries+ Manage large initiatives with a broad scope, impact, and complexity in a constantly changing environment+ Initiate, scope, plan and manage projects (e.g., management of associated financial and human resources, quality of development)+ Collaborate with the SW team to create a plan to reach specific milestones and present the team's needs and status as it aligns with the SW Product Roadmap+ Ensure the project meets quality and reliability requirements established in the beginning of the project+ Accept project level requirements on behalf of the SW engineering organization, after alignment with Research and Development, SW Product Owners, and Validation+ Collaborate with the SW engineering team to define tasks in Jira, manage the backlog align, monitor tasks execution, mitigate risks and escalate issues that affect the program execution+ Represent the SW organization in cross functional forums to communicate status and risk**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Math or in a related field of study+ 4+ years of experience in software development lifecycle management+ Experience in software development product management+ Experience managing technical projects+ Experience using Program Management Tools such as; Jira, risk analysis tools, and presentation tools+ Experience leading cross-function process improvements+ Experience owning the end-to-end product lifecycle**Preferred Qualifications**+ First-hands experience in managing SW and validation for technical projects. Experience delivering to the platform lifecycle milestones.+ Experience in SW Development and Validation+ Experience managing technical projects using financial decision model+ Significant leadership experience in implementing and driving complex processes and task teams and working cross-divisionally across all levels+ Agile certification**Inside this Business Group**The mission of the Emerging Growth and Incubation (EGI) group is to create an environment to identify, incubate and scale new billion-dollar businesses leveraging Intel's competitive advantages.
