base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market
range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across
the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined
by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and
location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials
and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of
employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits
program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash
incentive awards.**Salary Range**$111,200.00 - $183,500.00**Target
Openings**1**What Is the Opportunity?**The Management Operations -
Director position will provide transparency to the Claim Technology
organization enabling actionable, effective, data driven decision
making that drives our ability to execute on our strategic
objectives and business commitments, and mature/evolve business
processes. Will provide the oversight and leadership necessary to
ensure Claim Technology has well defined and articulated management
practices and reporting that are aligned to and support
line-of-business and enterprise commitments; proper operational
controls; and administrative & reporting procedures in place to
effectively grow and manage the organization.This position may be
based 100% remotely or in one of our offices. #LI-Remote
#LI-Hybrid**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities**+ Supports and
assists Agile Coaches, Value Stream Leads and Circle Leads in the
maturation and evolution of operational and Agile practices
enabling LOB and enterprise outcomes+ Drives identification and
escalation of continuous improvement opportunities thru data-driven
insights and reporting+ Leads internal audit and compliance related
activities ensuring effectiveness of software delivery practices
and processes+ Drives activities to develop and manage
organizational operating plans and management reporting+ Drives
evolution of metrics and reporting enabling delivery health+
Enables operational effectiveness through broad and localized
communications and efficient management practices+ Advocates the
use of technology to develop and/or redesign the organization's
processes.+ Has awareness of Enterprise strategies and impact on
the line of business or functional area of responsibility.+ Applies
knowledge of current industry trends and techniques to formulate
solutions within the context of assigned projects and/or
enhancements**Minimum Qualifications**+ High School diploma or
equivalent required.+ 5 years of technology or business related
experience required.**Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge**+
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.+ 7 years of
technology or business related experience preferred.+ 2 years of
experience managing others preferred.**Licensing or Certificates**+
Depend on the specific role but some examples may include;+ ITIL+
