Job Description:

The Product Manager, Metals, will develop new products ensuring specifications and processes are defined in adherence with customer specifications. This position has 3 direct reports and shoud possess: ---

Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science
5-10 years' experience in Manufacturing
Mentoring capacity for technical staff
Project Management Skills (PMP certification preferred)
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Highly analytical with statistical skillset
Well versed in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Manufacturing experience with Automotive and/or Aerospace products This position is in the heart of Appalachia with year round access to outdoor activities, a comprehensive relocation and benefits package is supplied.
