Manage the development and implementation process of a specific
company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams
focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and
direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project
from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental
activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule
and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems
analysis and program staff, providing technical support and
direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new
products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading
edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to
existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent
experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of
project management, product design or related experience
needed.

**Responsibilities**
**About the Role**
+ You will report to the ACS Delivery PMO Director and be
responsible for delivering end-to-end change programs to refine and
enhance the Strategic Client Services Director function across
Oracle.
+ You will work closely with SMEs and colleagues from other key
departments within Oracle, including but not limited to Oracle
University, Support, Go-To-Market, and Operations. You will focus
on enabling the people side of change, including changes to
business processes, use of systems and technology, job roles and
organization structures. Through carefully planning, communicating,
managing and controlling the delivery of change projects and
programs into the business, you will ensure that changes are
sustained to ensure the successful engagement of the Strategic
Client Services Directors with their assigned Clients.
+ You will focus on identifying what we aren't thinking about -
streamlined processes, new assets, new approaches to delivery, and
new measures for the Strategic Client Services Directors. Your
innovations should trickle into the rest of the ACS Delivery
Organization and improve the processes and delivery approaches
developed by other parts of the PMO.
+ You will display a high level of critical thinking in bringing
successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and cross-functional
problems.
+ You will apply a structured methodology and lead change
management activities across XLOB teams to create a strategy to
support adopting the changes required by a project or
initiative.
+ You should be comfortable working with a global team and be
capable of pulling together XLOB teams and managing without direct
authority.
+ You will build and execute plans that maximize the adoption of
processes and tools, and their usage and minimize resistance. You
should be able to assess the impact of the changes you are
implementing and understand the impact of the change by engaging
key stakeholders globally.
+ You will work globally with key stakeholders and Oracle senior
leadership to drive faster adoption and must be comfortable
presenting key messages to senior management while having a good
eye for details.
+ You will be an effective multi-tasker capable of operating in a
dynamic environment, highly organized, detail-oriented, and aware
of the broader organizational needs and objectives.
+ You must be an effective communicator capable of articulating
program activities frequently and effectively to staff and
executive levels.
+ You will support the design, development, delivery and management
of communications and relevant training programs.
**Skills & Experience**
You will have
+ A solid technical background and understanding of delivery
approaches and needs of Executive level relationships
+ Demonstrable experience in managing change across multiple Lines
of Business
+ A methodical approach to your work and projects and be able to
demonstrate experience leading projects.
+ Experience and knowledge of project management principles,
methodologies and tools
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

This individual will have experience in executive consulting roles
and understand how large scale technology services delivery works.

The ACS Delivery Program Management Office supports the evolution
of the ACS Delivery Organization through a broad set of change
programs. High-level objectives are
- Drive Key Initiatives/projects aligned to ACS Strategic
Objectives and Goals
- Provide ACS Delivery Teams with a defined set of delivery
methodology, processes, tools and best practices
- Coordinate with Regional Stakeholders to support and roll out
Initiatives
- Manage and own communication to Delivery Community
- Engage various Operations teams for Service Enablement,
Compliance, Metrics and Reporting
- Focused support for Strategic and tactical Initiatives
The PMO is made up of four core pillars covering Service Delivery
Excellence, Service Readiness, Situation Management and Delivery
Communications & Content.
