Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.**Summary:** As a key leader in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, you will be the main point of contact for ensuring the successful delivery of our NORAM accounts payable activity via our outsourced financial service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of accounts payable professionals; developing, managing and improving the accounts payable function; and supporting all elements of Facebook's expenditures. You will be expected to problem solve, exercise common sense with good business judgment, and provide leadership, development, and coaching for the North America AP Team.**Required Skills:** 1. Effectively lead the accounts payable function and demonstrate a strong partnership with Finance, Accounting, IT, business users, outsourced service providers, and suppliers2. Work cross-functionally with P2P Process Leads and points of contact to define, implement, and monitor AP processes and procedures that drive efficiencies, ease of use, scalability, integration with financial systems, end-to-end transparency, and an excellent user experience3. Monitor key operational metrics that measure/assess accounts payable performance against goals and KPIs and drive continuous improvement4. Oversee outsourced providers that perform accounts payable and related operational tasks, including the monitoring and review of monthly SLAs and key metrics5. Manage day-to-day accounts payable performance including: PO and Non-PO invoice processing, holds, payment cycles, 1099 reporting, records management, GL entries, month-end and year-end closing of the AP modules, and account reconciliation, performance of root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to system/personnel performance issues6. Collaborate with Regional AP Leads to drive process improvement and automation globally7. Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal, external & cross-functional stakeholders through transparency and partnership8. Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems for employees, outsourced providers, and suppliers9. Ensure accounts payable operations comply with statutory requirements, company policies, processes, procedures, internal controls, and Finance objectives10. Partner with Source-to-Pay cross-functional groups (e.g.: Global Sourcing, Global Contracts, S2P Support and Procurement Ops teams) to ensure excellent source-to-pay performance11. Responsible for leadership and development of the North America AP Team, including goal setting and performance reviews12. Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed**Minimum Qualifications:** 13. 5+ years of procure-to-pay and continuous improvement experience14. Experience leading and managing a team composed of both internal and outsourced personnel15. Team player with interpersonal skills and a track record of successfully working with cross-functional business stakeholders16. Experience working independently and in a team17. Analytics experience18. Experience in Microsoft Office applications19. Experience flourishing in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity**Preferred Qualifications:** 20. BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Management21. Master's degree in Business, Accounting or related field22. Accounts Payable Manager (APM) or Accounts Payable Department (APD) certification23. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and case management solutions24. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities25.
