The HSE Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Health,
Safety, and Environmental compliance and initiatives within our
scale division. This role ensures the safety of our employees,
clients, and vendors by developing, implementing, and maintaining
effective HSE programs, policies, and training. The ideal candidate
will be hands-on, field-oriented, and committed to fostering a
proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Key
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and
procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
(e.g., OSHA, EPA). Conduct regular site and field safety audits at
customer and company locations to ensure compliance and mitigate
risks. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and
corrective action planning. Manage and track safety metrics, KPIs,
and reporting requirements. Conduct and coordinate safety training,
toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses. Serve as the primary point
of contact for regulatory agencies and manage inspections.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Field Technicians to support
safe work practices, PPE compliance, and equipment safety. Maintain
SDS documentation and chemical management protocols. Develop
emergency response plans and ensure readiness through drills and
preparedness initiatives. Drive continuous improvement through
behavior-based safety programs and employee engagement. Monitor
contractor and subcontractor safety compliance on projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety,
Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of
HSE experience, preferably in industrial services, field
maintenance, or related industries. Strong knowledge of OSHA
regulations, DOT compliance, and risk assessment tools. HAZWOPER,
First Aid/CPR, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident tracking/reporting
software. Ability to travel to job sites and work in field
conditions as needed. Key Skills: Excellent communication and

proficiency Working Conditions: Field and shop environments;
occasional exposure to heavy equipment and weather elements.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear appropriate PPE. Travel to
customer sites and company branches as required. This is a
full-time onsite position; 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with
