Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer
responsible for implementing project work and ensuring client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in communicating project milestones with project management
and clients
Consult and collaborate with project managers and co-workers to
implement technology solutions
Document technical work and ensure project deliverables meet
quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or computer-related field or
equivalent experience
Must obtain one of the specified certifications within 180 days of
employment
4-5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 1.5-2 years
as Specialist II preferred
Familiarity with ITIL concepts
