Job Description:

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for supporting our Industries national sales strategic growth initiatives/targets through Distribution/OEM and End User sales channels.
  • Establish and implement Distribution/OEM and End User strategic business growth plans within the region
  • Responsible for driving additional business through our Distribution/OEM and End User sales channels and holding the partners accountable for their performance.
  • Responsible for training and removing roadblocks for the distributor partners
  • Responsible for becoming an integral part of the Distributor organization developing a high level of intimacy with the different aspects of their business.
  • Responsible for driving and achieving high levels of product and sales rep density
  • Coordinate marketing plans and promotional tools to support distributor sales activities.
  • Assist with the coordination of responsibilities, standardization and efficiencies of the service centers to support regional distribution.
  • The Territory Manager will plan, initiate and support selling large value upgrade opportunities with the Distributor sales force.
  • Develop and maintain regional monthly running and annual forecasting with booking performance reportsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
    • BSME or equivalent engineering degree and 6+ years of experience in the rotating industry.
    • Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.
    • Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market, Build a network of clients.
    • Ability to launch ideas to full market tactical initiatives.
    • Great Interpersonal skills for optimum communication with distribution and internal customers
    • Must be able to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Must be able to work in a team environment and lead teams
    • Ensure successful program implementation.
