Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
School Psychologist position is available to support the academic,
social, and emotional development of students in a K-12 school
setting. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to
providing comprehensive psychological services that promote student
well-being and success. Location: Charleston, WV (Onsite Only)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire Duration: Current School Year
(CSY) Open to Candidates: Out-of-State applicants welcome Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological assessments and
evaluations to identify student needs - Collaborate with educators,
parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective
intervention strategies - Participate in Individualized Education
Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert recommendations -
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as
needed - Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting plans to
ensure optimal outcomes - Maintain accurate records and comply with
all state and federal regulations regarding special education and
student services Qualifications: - Valid School Psychologist
certification/license appropriate for the state or willingness to
obtain one - Experience working within a K-12 educational
environment - Strong knowledge of psychological evaluation tools
and intervention techniques - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams - Ability to work onsite full-time in
