Job Description Job Description Mancan is seeking a Customer Service Representative with an active Property & Casualty Insurance License for a local company in Parkersburg, WV. Pay: Salary based 30,000-50,000 per year based on experience. Must have active property casualty insurance license and 2 years working with commercial lines accounts preferably in an independent insurance agency setting. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be at the center of our quest to deliver excellence in customer service. Our position allows you to work directly with clients to ensure their needs are not only met but exceeded. You will be handling customer inquiries, assisting with claims, and managing policy details with attentiveness and professionalism. Licensing: Active West Virginia and/or Ohio Property & Casualty License is required. Experience: 2 years previous experience in commercial lines customer service, within the insurance industry. Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving client issues effectively. Problem Solving: Ability to handle client inquiries and provide resolutions quickly and efficiently. Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute positively to team dynamics. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and accountability, consistently achieving goals and completing tasks independently without direct supervision or constant guidance.
