ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency began as a legacy office in 2021 and
expanded with the opening of a second location in 2024. Today, were
proud to have a team of seven and a growing presence along the
eastern seaboard. Before becoming an agent, I spent many years as a
coach and teacher experience that strongly shapes how I lead,
train, and support my team. Ive been married to my wife, Brittany,
for 14 years, and she works alongside me in the agency. Together we
have three children, three dogs, and a handful of cats, making

DESCRIPTION: Jerrod Sparling - State Farm Agent is a leading
insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our
customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join
our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our
ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed
to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you

member of our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in
person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team
members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer
records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing
customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers
needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and
projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a receptionist or
customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with
engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including
Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
