Backcountry Beverage, a Hand Family Company, is seeking a talented and self-motivated employee for a position in our Administrative department.The Administrative Specialist's primary duties include execution of Company programs and policies that will result in the accurate and timely operations of the Administrative department. The Administrative Specialist will work closely with the Finance & Accounting Manager, Corporate Finance and Corporate HR to facilitate efficient and effective work flows. Duties include, but are not limited to: On-the-job injury paperwork and submission to the corporate claims administrator Outbound calling and interviewing assistance for recruitment Timecard and time sheet review and corrections New hire in-processing and onboarding Submission of new hire paperwork, pay change forms, terminations and other payroll matters in a timely manner for payroll processing Generation of finance reports, HR reports, etc. Electronic and paper files maintenance Verification and posting of daily receipts from the prior day's deliveries Tracking and processing of accounts receivable Facilitation of timely and accurate vendor invoice submissions to corporate Finance teamThis is a full time position with an excellent pay and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) plans, paid vacation and personal leave, plus more.
