Location: The capital and largest city of West Virginia! Facility: Committed to providing coordinated, compassionate and clinically excellent services to women, babies and children across the continuum of care, both in hospital settings and office-based practices Opportunity: Level-IV, 30-bed NICU with an ADC of 24 Approximately 3,000 annual births, with about 470 NICU and 1,226 newborn nursery admissions Neonatologists provide 24/7 in-house coverage with support from NNPs primarily in the newborn nursery (NNPs cover 12-hour shifts) Attendance at deliveries required Consultative services are provided by pediatric sub-specialists representing more than 30 specialties, including Pulmonary Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Hematology-Oncology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology and Cardiology Option to cover at nearby Level-II NICU Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years of experience in a busy Level-III/IV NICU Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
