Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist
Associate to work from home in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive service to patients regarding billing and
financial concerns
Manage accounts receivable functions, including collections and
financial assistance programs
Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues while
ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is
preferred
Knowledge of billing systems and financial processes is
advantageous
Ability to maintain compliance with federal and state
regulations
